1. The Cineriot Service

Movie lovers: share posts, reviews, memes, and short clips.
Industry professionals: access casting calls, job opportunities, and project promotions.
Gamified engagement: quizzes, daily mini-games, scratch card rewards, and points collection.
Enable users to share, connect, and engage with cinema-related content.
Provide real-time movie updates, promotions, and interactive experiences.
Offer daily and weekly rewards, challenges, and contests.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum legal age in their country.
Users must not have been banned or restricted from Cineriot for policy violations.
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. User Content & License

Users can post content (photos, videos, text, quizzes) related to cinema.
By posting, you grant Cineriot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and modify your content for providing the Service.
You retain ownership of your content.
Users must respect intellectual property rights; do not post content you don’t have rights to.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to impersonate others or provide false information.
Post illegal, misleading, harmful, or offensive content.
Attempt to access the Service through unauthorized methods.
Sell or transfer accounts or data obtained from Cineriot.
Violate intellectual property rights of others.

5. Quizzes, Rewards & Promotions

Daily / weekly quizzes, scratch cards, and contests are subject to availability.
Rewards (tickets, points, badges) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated.
Users must comply with specific rules for promotions.

6. Privacy & Data

By using Cineriot, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share data.
Data may include: registration info, posts, interactions, app usage, and rewards participation.
Cineriot may use data for personalized content, ads, analytics, and improving the Service.

7. Account Termination & Content Removal

Cineriot may remove content or disable accounts for violations of Terms, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform.
