How to Delete Your Account

To delete your Cineriot account, please follow these steps:

• Open the Cineriot app on your mobile device
• Navigate to Settings from your profile menu
• Tap on "Delete Account"
• Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your Cineriot account, the following will occur:

• Immediate Effect: Your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
• Profile Data: Your profile information, posts, comments, and likes will be removed
• Social Content: All your shared cinema moments, reviews, and Fun Zone activities will be deleted
• Rewards & Points: Any accumulated points, badges, and rewards will be forfeited
• Subscriptions: Any active subscriptions or premium features will be cancelled
• Messages: Private messages and chat history will be permanently deleted

Data Retention Policy

After account deletion:

• Most personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for business purposes
• Legal compliance may require certain data to be retained for specific periods
• Backup systems may take additional time to fully remove all data traces
